Mr. Sathya Murthy, also known as Stahya serves as Global
Head of Quant Markets at Standard Chartered PLC. Mr. Sathya served as Global
Co-Head of Prime Brokerage at J.P. Morgan Markets Limited (Alernate Name: Bear
Stearns International Limited).
He served as Senior Managing Director of Bear
Stearns Companies Inc. He served as Global Head of Structured Equity Trading of
The Bear Stearns Companies, LLC, since December 27, 2006 and its Co-Head of
Prime Brokerage since March 12, 2007. He served as Co-Head of Prime Brokerage
for Bear, Stearns & Co. Inc., since March 12, 2007.
He joined Bear Stearns
in 1996 as Co-Head of Municipal Derivatives. He served as Tokyo Branch Manager
and Head of Fixed Income and Derivatives in Asia of Bear Stearns (Japan) Ltd.
Mr. Sathya returned to New York and served as Head Structured Trading for the
Global Equities Division. He served as a Director of Bear Stearns Global Asset
Holdings Ltd.
